  • Select one  - Picture of parent/s. Picture of puppies. Your kennel logo on litter certificate add $35.00
  • 1-Rush Service (paperwork processed within 5 business days/does not include mailing time)add  $15.00*
  • 2-Expedited Service (paperwork processed within 3 business days add $35.00**
  • 3-Same Day Service - Website Link for printable registrations - available within 12 hours of application processed.  total $75.00 If you wish hard copy
    mailed standard USPS add $25.00
  • 4-Next day Service USPS - mailed within 24 hours  of DBR receiving the Litter Registration Application total $90.00.Note: Some Zip Codes are not 1 day
    but will arrive in 2 days $90.00  Weekends and holidays excepted


The DBR is not responsible for owner errors when filling out this online registration a correction fee of $15.00 will apply.
