            WHY SHOULD I REGISTER MY DOG

1. Registering your dog is an important step in buying a puppy.
2.Registering your dog will provide you assurance of accurate ancestry,

birth certificate of a child or a title to a new car.
4.By registering your dog your dog is recorded in our database and each dog is
issued its own identifying registration number
5.DBR registration offers breeders and owners of designer dogs the
opportunity to record their dogs ancestry which will make it possible to access
pedigrees through the DBR for new puppy owners as well as other breeders.
6. In the event your pet is ever lost or stolen, your registration will record proof of
ownership.

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER MY DOG REGISTRATION QUESTIONS AND SERVICES

Once your submitted application has been approved for DBR registration
all of your dogs information will be entered into the DBR database. You
can also include and health testing or titles your dog may have.
Registration once submitted with the appropriate fee your registration
papers will be mailed to you within 7 business days.

LITTER OR AN OLDER DBR REGISTERED DOG

If your dog has registration papers from another registry, please take the
registration link and fill out the form to complete the DBR registration process.
One of our representatives will contact you in regard to emailing or texting a
picture of the other registry"s papers and or pedigree.

MY DOG IS PUREBRED OR A DESIGNER DOG BUT NOT REGISTERED WITH
ANOTHER REGISTRY AND I HAVE 3 OR MORE GENERATIONS OF
ANCESTRY WHICH I CAN PROVIDE TO THE DBR.
If your dog has registration papers from another registry, please take the
registration link and fill out the form to complete the DBR registration process.

MY DOG IS PUREBRED OR A DESIGNER DOG AND I DO NOT HAVE
REGISTRATION PAPERS FROM ANY OTHER REGISTRY BUT I KNOW WHO
THE SIRE AND DAM ARE.
If your dog does not have registration papers from another registry but you know
who the sire and dam are please take the registration link and fill out the form to
complete the DBR registration process.
IAL/Indefinite Ancestry Listing is a registration for dogs whose sire and dam is not
registered with any other registry.If you are registering a dog or puppy who fits
this criteria you will still have all of the benefits offered by the Designer Breed
Registry.

STANDARD REGISTRATION FEE IS $20.00 PER DOG

REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Platinum Package - $135.00 Picture of your dog on registration papers
embossed seal on registration papers, pvc (credit card type) ID card includes
picture, dog information and owner contact information. Card can be updated
aithin 12months at no charge. 8.5 x 11framable certificate withdogspicture and
embossed gold seal.
Gold Package - $95.00 includes Elite Certificate of Registration 4 generation
Deluxe Pedigree with picture of your dog or breed likeness and embossed gold
seal
Silver Package - $75.00 includes Elite Certificate of Registration, 3 Gen Deluxe
Pedigree with picture of your dog or breed likeness embossed registry seal
Picture of your dog or a DBR Breed Specific dog on registration papers
additional $30.00 - Pictures can be updated 1 time at no charge.

5 generation pedigree (standard) $55.00
If all generations requested are not available the DBR Data Base numbers will be

Why should I have my dogs pedigree?
A DBR certified pedigree will show the 3 generation (parents, grand parents, and
great grandparents) or 4 generation(parents, gr parents, great gr parents and
great great gr parents) colors titles DNA numbers and any health testing when
available. .
A pedigree is the genealogical history (ancestry)of a dog. Many designer dogs
have exceptional pedigrees containing champions as well as notable champions
as well as obedience titled dogs which is a very important piece of information if
you plan to breed or title your dog.
Pedigrees are invaluable when determinig which breedings can produce
exceptional offspring or a dessired trait based on the genetic background of each
dog.
The DBR can issue certified pedigrees for 3, 4 or 5 generations of ancestry on
most DBR registered dogs of designer breeds and purebred dogs
A DBR certified pedigree may be ordered at the time of registration of your
designer dog or at a later date by calling the DBR or ordered online.

All registrations, information and pictures submitted become the
property of the Designer Breed Registry

Designer dog ,hybrid dog and purebred dog registration is important in that if your designer dog, hybrid dog and or purebred dog is not
puppies pedigree base. Registering with the Designer Breed Registry offers the opportunity to take your dog and your breeding program to
the next level as far as titling your designer dog, hybrid dog, purebred dog in obedience, tracking and conformation.
