Why register a dog with the Designer Breed Registry? The Designer Breed Registry offers many benefits but the most important benefit is that the developing designer breeds, the established designer breeds, purebreds and dogs of unknown origin now have the very real possibility of having not only obedience titles but conformation/show titles without having to travel to shows. Documentation for breeders developing new breeds. New breeds not recognized by other registries. Dogs who do not have papers. What are the benefits and opportunities of registering my dog/s with the designer Breed Registry? The opportunity to title your dog/s. The opportunity to participate in competition at a future DBR National Show. The opportunity to become a future DBR conformation or obedience judge for your area. Can I register my adult dogs with a multiple dog discount? The Designer Breed Registry does offer multiple dog discounts, please see the individual registration link . Can I register my litter of puppies who do not have parents who are registered? Yes litters can be registered, but the parents should (but do not have to be) also be registered with the Designer Breed Registry What if I do not know who the parents of my dog are, when my dog was born or what breed? Every pet owner wants their pet to have a sense of self and a document that describes the date and place that your pet became a member of your household is important. The Designer Breed Registry can offer a registration that has a starting point in your dogs lifewhile opening the door to Obedience Titles and a Conformation Title, the Merit Champion (MCH) Can I register my spayed/neuterd dog ?How much is it to register a spayed/neutered dog? Dogs who are spayed or neutered can be registered the fee is $10.00 take the individual registration link above. What 'GROUP" will my dog be included in? The information on your application will be used to determine what group your dog will be in. If papers have never been issued to you dog, or they have been lost the DBR will need the following for classification: 3 photos of the dog- side view of body and 2 head views front and side or documentation from a veterinarian or knowledgeable breeder.
